Pricing and Orders
Prices do not include VAT and are subject to alteration without prior notification. All goods will be invoiced at the price ruling at date of dispatch. Orders are subject to availability. Clean4Less will not be held accountable for any penalties incurred by their customers due to any products not being supplied or delivered on time.

Specifications and Patterns
Clean4Less reserves the right to make or change any alterations in designs shown in our catalogue, if we feel necessary.

Shortages, Damages & Faulty Goods
All shortages, damages or faulty goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery/collection. Failure to comply will result in orders considered complete and accepted by the customer. All deliveries must be checked and signed for at time of delivery; signing carrier’s delivery note “unchecked” or similar will not be acceptable.

Claims
In accordance with Transport Regulations, claims for loss, damage or shortage must be made in writing within five days of receipt of goods.  Non-arrival of goods should be notified in writing within fourteen working days of invoice date.

Credit Terms
(We value your custom and we provide a good service, so we very much appreciate being paid!) Terms are strictly 30 days net from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing by Clean4Less. We reserve the right to impose a surcharge for late payments. Failure to adhere to our credit terms WILL result in the involvement of our legal team.

Retention of Title
All goods supplied by Clean4Less will not become the property of the purchaser until the invoice for any such goods has been paid in full. Until such times the purchaser remains the holder of the goods only and not the lawful owner. Clean4Less reserve the right to enter any premises for the purpose of reclaiming goods held by the purchaser that have not been paid for in full.
